PROGRAM RULES
We built the Neighbors Helping Neighbors program to be simple and fair. Here are the plain-language terms behind every referral reward:
- You must be a current or past Roof Fix Houston customer to participate in the referral rewards program.
- Your referral must be a friend, family member, or neighbor in the greater Houston area who is not already an active Roof Fix Houston customer or in our system.
- Your $250 Visa gift card is issued after your referred neighbor's new roof installation is completed and paid in full — not at the time of inspection or estimate.
- Gift cards are mailed or emailed to the referring customer within 2–3 weeks of the completed, paid installation.
- There is no limit on how many neighbors you can refer, and each completed roof replacement earns its own $250 reward.
- Your bonus $250 Visa gift card is issued automatically after your third paid referral installation closes.
- Referral rewards apply to full roof replacements only; repair-only jobs are not eligible for the cash reward but your neighbor still receives a free inspection.
- Roof Fix Houston reserves the right to verify referral eligibility and may modify or end this program at any time.
