This Company is amazing the gentleman that came out to look at my roof, wish I could remember his name. He was very professional and took his time looking at my roof and gave me multiple options for fixing it with in my budget. The crew came out the day after I called to put the work order in and did the job in the same day. They do offer Financing as well which was a deal maker for me. Also the office lady is very nice and helpful. The only reason why its 4 stars, is because the crew did leave some tools and nails in the yard. When I called the company and told them and let them know I had to plug my mower tire. They sent me a check the next day for the tire replacement and offered to send the crew out to resweep the yard. Companies dont normally do that so quickly and often, but they did.

This is a two part review, my roof was replaced last year in August 2024. The work was done with no delay, clean up done and done. However, earlier this September while I was getting some painting and damaged wood replaced I noticed some damage on the roof that was not done properly. I called Logan and he got someone out to my house bright and early to take care of, not only everything that I had mentioned, but things he noticed that were not up to his standards. People can say that they guarantee their work but action speaks louder than words. Roof Fix Houston reached out after I completed an online form in regards to roof replacement/roof repair. I knew I needed a new roof due to a previous inspection but wasn't sure I could afford it. From the initial phone call, the follow ups and then a home visit from James Pierce the General Manager the process of getting a new roof has been the least stressful thing I've done in over a year. Mr. Pierce explained what his company and will do for me. He didn't waste my time or try to sell me more than what I needed.
