ROOF FIX HOUSTON REVIEWS

So far so good!! They were very helpful. They worked with us to find the best payment options. They were punctual, did the work and all the clean up. Everyone I came in contact with, from James Pierce to the people who came to do the work, were polite and helpful. No question or request was left unanswered or denied. I have not had a flat yet! That means no nails left behind.

Appt was made for 11-1 today and I did receive a call from Armando in the morning and I discussed the roof job I needed to do and was assured they could.

Later that morning I received a call back from Armando the owner would call me and meet due to my needs of a flat roof restoration and never heard a thing. I then text Armando at around 1PM to see if they were still coming as was told he was in traffic and could we meet Friday if he couldn't get here. The reason to make appointments is to schedule your time around not stand up a potential customer.

At 4PM i decided that its not worth it for me to even have them look at the job, I text them to not come and didn't even receive a text of an apology or anything.

Still waiting on a call or text for an explanation that they never showed up, possibly it was a legitimate reason.

Do you need your roof replaced or repaired? Just call “Roof Fix Houston!” A company of integrity, fair prices, quality products, and top notch customer service (Armando, regional manager and roofers) that exceeded my expectations from start to finish! I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality work and services.
